Sarah O’Hara

Sarah O’Hara qualified in business management and was involved in a family run business before she undertook her nurse training in 1985. She has a comprehensive background of business experience both in the NHS and private sectors. She has a BSc(Hons) and a MSc in Occupational Health from the Robens Institute at the University of Surrey. As well as obtaining a Post graduate Diploma in Health Promotion, Sarah has undergone training as a Smoking Cessation Advisor.

She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and a Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health Nursing. She is also a Registered Consultant on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register.

Sarah has wide ranging Occupational Health experience in public bodies/local government, small businesses both in the manufacturing and service sectors. She has worked alongside County Councils to a ‘one man garage’. She is also a Director of Eastwood Yacht Services Ltd.
